Frilled One Shoulder LBD for Evening Wear

Really like this simple little black dress with frill touch along the one shoulder line. Simple yet sweet. Add with the pastel shade of shiny peach / nude handbag and shiny dress sandal for the unusual "blink" factor (rather than just the safe gold shade of dress sandal, too many other women in the party would wear the same I guess).
